Title Bar
This is a responsive horizontal bar. resize the window to see how it behaves.
The bar assumes dynamic width so javascript is used to calculate the widest space possible. font is initially 20 then goes down to 16 then one or two lines are used then ellipsis is used.
copy the selector tree and design it anyway you'd like.

add to the root element the classes: "fit" - to have it resize "center" - to have the title centered "twoLine" - to have the title stretch over 2 lines css attribute "direction" rtl and ltr will flip the bar
