CSS News Ticker
CSS3 News Ticker made by August Skare. I did quite a few changes in the CSS code to make it more cross browser compatible and have also changed the looks (for the better) by adding some CSS3 gradients and box shadows.
The ticker basically animates by having a negative margin-top on it, that decreases at each time offset defined in the keyframes declaration.
